Working up an appetite! Zac Efron and The Rock show off their massive 'cheat day' feasts after exhausting Baywatch shoot

Just a day ago they were spotted filming an exhausting beach workout competition for the Baywatch movie.

And Zac Efron and Dwayne Johnson rewarded themselves for their hard work by indulging in massive 'cheat day' feasts once they headed home for the night.

The dynamic duo took to social media to show off the gastronomic delights they indulged in following their epic pull-up contest.

Devoured: And Zac later posted an image of his eaten 'cheat day' feast which included a steak, three deserts and, adding a touch of elegance, caviar

Satisfied Zac, 28, tweeted: '#Cheatday ! Devoured a steak, 4 side potatoes/veggies, macncheese, 3 desserts, bread/butter, brick o cheese & caviar.'

And just in case anyone did not believe him, the former High School Musical weakling turned muscleman uploaded an image of his empty plates.

While his co-star shared an image of his already devoured meal, former WWE star Dwayne, 43, made fans even more jealous by posting a picture of his mountain of food..

On his Instagram page he said: 'Strict diet while shooting, so about every 4 days we have to implement "DJ Heaven".. #LateNightCarbUp #SteakAndWholeEggs #ChocolateChipBananaPancakes Destroying begins in 3...2...' 

Their feasting came after they performed a series of pull-ups before a scantily-clad crowd, which included co-stars Kelly Rohrbach, who was acting as a referee, and Alexandra Daddario.

Dwayne seems especially impressed with the latter, as on Wednesday he posted a pictyure of them together and said: 'She takes #BAYWATCH to another level..

The film, which is based on the cheesy 90s TV show, is due to be released on May 19, 2017.
