But Formula One driver Jenson Button hasn't let his new love interest affect his intense workout regime, enjoying a run around his neighbourhood in Venice Beach, California on Thursday.

The 36-year-old star ensured he was getting an extra energy boost as he jogged along in the sunshine, clutching a health drink in one hand.

Jenson displayed his muscular physique in a bright vest top and a pair of shorts, set off by a pair of bright green trainers.

The British racer topped off his running ensemble with a tropical print cap and a pair of neon-rimmed shades.

The McLaren driver's tribal tattoo on his shoulder was on full display as he pounded the pavement during his exercise session.

Jenson's new romance with 25-year-old Brittny has no doubt spurred him on to stay in peak physical condition.

The sometime Playboy model - who was crowned Miss January 2015 by the iconic magazine last year - have been spotted on several occasions this month looking loved-up.

Meanwhile, his estranged wife Jessica Michibata was pictured enjoying what appeared to be a date with American singer John Mayer.

Jenson and 31-year-old Jessica, who tied the knot in a lavish Hawaiian ceremony at the end of 2014, split in December 2015 after just one year of marriage.

They remained on good terms despite calling time on their relationship.

A spokesperson for the former F1 World Champion told MailOnline in December: '(They) have decided to go their separate ways and it is very amicable. There is no one else involved.'
