But the 63-year-old film actor has seemed to take a break from models for the past decade as he's spent more time with his beloved lap dogs.

On Friday evening, however, the Iron Man 2 star seemed to be back to his old habit as he was seen escorting a pretty young lady out of a West Hollywood venue.

Mickey has not been spotted with a model since 2009 when he split with Anastassija Makarenko.

Rourke is best known for his relationship with Otis, who is now 47-years-old and appears to have left modeling and show business all together.
