Ready for spring! Pregnant Chrissy Teigen looks pretty in floral dress as she spends the day with John Legend

In a pretty floral dress, Chrissy Teigen looked ready for spring as she spent the day with John Legend on Saturday.

The pregnant model, 30, joined her husband for lunch in Malibu, California.

Chrissy showed off her blossoming baby bump as they took her mother Vilailuck for a slap-up sushi feast at celebrity spot Nobu.

She had a spring in her step as well as in her sartorial choices, choosing a multi-coloured floral maxi-dress.

The Sports Illustrated beauty added chunky tan heels and a matching bag.

Her honey-locks were pulled back into a high bun, as she glowed make-up free with round-framed sunglasses covering her eyes.

John - who wrote hit All of Me about Chrissy - kept it casual in charcoal cargo pants and a pale grey T-shirt.

The 37-year-old added a leather jacket and white sneakers, as he escorted his wife and the soon-to-be grandmother.

The two are expecting a daughter, after undergoing IVF when they struggled to conceive.

Amp up your maternity wardrobe with Chrissy's Marni maxi

We've been keeping a close eye on Chrissy Teigen and her maternity wardrobe, and we can safely say we absolutely love it! It helps that she has heaps of style anyway - before she was pregnant, she was always the best dressed on red carpets when she made an appearance.

Here, out about in Malibu, Chrissy looked stunning in this contrasting, bold print dress by Marni. What a great maternity dress! We also love that she has teamed it with tan accessories - bag and shoes, the perfect tonal colour combination.

We're always impressed when we spot pregnant stars walking in high heels (Beyonce, Kim Kardashian et al), and Chrissy is no exception. Those oversized sunnies are great too, carrying on the '70s vibe of the whole look.

You can get this dress right now from Net-A-Porter.com on the right, or check out some other printed maxis below.

Chrissy is thought to be due in the next couple of months.

The Lip Sync Battle co-host has been busy promoting her cookery book, Cravings, ahead of turning her hand to motherhood.

Meanwhile John became embroiled in a Twitter spat with Donald Trump Jr on Friday, after labeling his Presidential hopeful father as 'racist'.

The spat began after Trump Jr tweeted about a protest that turned violent before his father's Chicago rally yesterday.

'Ha 5 students when asked why there were protesting couldn't even answer,' Trump's eldest child wrote. 'The participation medal/micro aggression generation is pretty sad!'

John replied: 'I think they were protesting your racist father. This isn't complicated.'

'Here we go again,' Trump Jr responded. 'That can't be the answer for everything you don't like.'

'That's why the country is so divided now!' he added.

Legend hit back: 'No. It's just the answer when racist racists are saying racist s*** and are endorsed by the KKK.'

This prompted a furious supporter of Trump, who called himself RedKneckHillBilly, to question Legend's education.

'Is John Legend that disgraceful? No education,' the Trump-fan responded.

However, Legend easily burned the Tweeter - who claims to his 232 followers that he lives in Canada - by pointing out that he graduated from the exact same Ivy League University as Donald Trump Jr and his father.
