Gwyneth Paltrow proved just how popular she is when her A-list friends rallied round her at her Goop event on Sunday.

The 43-year-old actress showed her appreciation with some snaps on Instagram posing alongside Drew Barrymore, Cameron Diaz, Nicole Richie, Rachel Zoe and Reese Witherspoon.

Gwyneth Paltrow threw and ah-mazing party for her Goop website and while the Fashion Finder team didn't make the guest list (sigh) Reese Witherspoon, Nicole Richie, Cameron Diaz and Drew Barrymore did.

All the ladies wore their finest but it was Drew that stood out in her colorful Diane Von Furstenberg dress. The ankle length maxi had long sleeves and a belted waistline and the Blended star teamed it with a black fedora.

Gwyneth has been busy promoting her new line of skincare and visited the Today Show in New York last week.

While chatting to host Matt Lauer the Iron Man actress revealed that she plans to quit acting to focus on her growing lifestyle business.

'We took some investment last year, so as soon as we had other people's money, I realized I really better focus on this completely,' she said.

'I'll return to acting probably, but probably not right now,' she said.
