The 24-year-old reality star has endured a difficult battle with postpartum depression following the birth of her now 14-month-old daughter, Novalee.

'I’m just seeking help for my anxiety and depression at the moment,' she told In Touch magazine on Wednesday.

She posted an Instagram picture from a plane on Wednesday morning with the caption: 'Arizona here I come... I can't wait to be back to my normal self... this is for me and my family.. Novalee and Tyler I love you both very much!!!'

It follows a series of worrying tweets both from her and husband Tyler Baltierra.

'Please just pray for my wife,' Tyler wrote to fans on Tuesday night.

'For better or for worse...through sickness & in health...I will NEVER stop fighting for my wife. Keep her in your prayers...thank you,' Baltierra finished.

Catelynn posted three minutes after Tyler's message, telling fans: 'For everyone that thinks I'm so "strong" I'm really not... one day you will know why. I also can be very weak.'

She concluded, 'You guys have NO CLUE on how much you lift me up sometimes.'

The couple married last August after dating for 10 years and their personal struggles have played out on camera.

The high school sweethearts gave their firstborn daughter, Carly, up for adoption six years ago but continue to have contact with her.

Catelynn began struggling with anxiety and depression at 21 and struggled to cope following the birth of her second child.

'It’s hard. I [didn't] want to do anything,' she confessed. 'I [couldn't] even emotionally or physically take care of my own self.'

'I remember sitting in the bathtub and thinking, "I’m not waking up another day feeling like this."'

She also praised his support, adding: 'It’s good to have somebody to push you to do something because those are the last things you want to do when you are going through it.'

'You don’t want to get dressed. You don’t want to get out of bed. I wanna just sleep my life away.'

The couple even participated on season three of VH1's Couples Therapy in 2014 to try and work on the pressures that had built between them.
