And on Tuesday Ashley Greene was showing off the results of her hard work as she modeled a sleeveless taupe jumpsuit while out Los Angeles.

The 29-year-old Twilight actress appeared to have some fresh blonde highlights as well that made her look ready for the beach.

The Rogue actress tells of her workout regimen which includes climbing 4,000 feet three times a week on a VersaClimber, kickboxing classes twice a week and lifting weights.

'To fit my workout into my day, I have to be out the door early. That means I don’t have time to think about whether I’m tired or to come up with excuses,' she told the publication.

'And I’ve found that when I exercise in the morning, I have a much more productive day. After I finish my workout, I feel as if I can conquer the world.'
