Bio | Timothy Reddinger

Timothy P. Reddinger is the General Partner of Clarion Trinity Development Co., in Clarion, Pennsylvania. Tim established Clarion Trinity Partnership to construct a mixed-use park at the Intersection of Interstate 80 and Exit 62 in Monroe Township, Clarion County, Pennsylvania. One of the first projects Tim accomplished for Clarion Trinity was the development of the Barnes Center at Clarion University. With direct leadership and guidance, Tim developed the Barnes Center Site and secured funding for the project which has established the center as a business incubator, focusing on biotechnology and economic development.

In conjunction with the operations of Clarion Trinity, Tim also functions as the Founder, President and Director of Pinnacle Resource Management, Inc. Pinnacle Resources is a consulting business and development company where Tim’s diverse talents and unique experiences lead the company in providing project management and site development; including, architecture and engineering oversight, financial options for additional projects and expansions, as well as coordinating the necessary legalities and permit requirements for project development.

As an active Clarion County Commissioner from January 2009 through December 2011, Tim managed the fiscal affairs of Clarion County, including the balance and adoption of the county budgets which reduced spending by 17 percent. In addition to the county budgets, Tim applied a significant amount of effort to the function of his appointed office through his work with Clarion & Jefferson County Community Action, Inc.; NW Pennsylvania Workforce Investment Area; Clarion County Board of Inspectors; County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania and Armstrong Clarion Indiana Drug & Alcohol Advisory Board. On a state level, he served on the Governor’s Transportation Funding Advisory Commission and the Energy, Environment and Land Use Committee. During this period of time, Tim also developed the Storm Water Management and Greenways Plans and secured a new Healthcare Center which provides medical, dental and behavioural health services to the Clarion region.

Prior work experiences have provided Tim with his unique abilities in land development and fiscal management. As an Officer of Capital Builders, Inc. (1999 – 2003), Tim directed the construction of rental units for Citizens Care, Inc. During this same time period (1998 – 2002), Tim was elected as Board Secretary to Peoples Financial Corporation (PFC Bank), in New Bethlehem, PA. He held a position on the Loan Committee as well as the Executive Committee where he assisted in the everyday functions of the bank. One of Tim’s main functions was to lead the bank in financial growth through the oversight of their stock portfolio and the merger of the bank with S&T Bank. During the merger, Tim personally handled the closing agreement with legal council from both financial institutions.

TDK Coal Sales, Inc. was founded and directed by Tim from 1985 through 1999. During this period of time, Tim grew the company through leasing coal reserves and land acquisition. He established relationships with State and Federal Regulators through government and industry meetings, securing permitting applications, and the Pennsylvania Coal Association. Through strategic management and mining plans, Tim maintained continuous production cost efficiency, projected sales and insured profitability. In February 1999, Tim negotiated the sale of TDK Coal Sales, Inc as a debt free company, retaining all employees with increased benefits.
