But Ellie Goulding showed no signs of a sore head or fatigue as she took to the stage in Glasgow on Friday.

Clad in a pair of leather hotpants, the 29-year-old singer - who recently split from longterm beau Dougie Poynter - put on an energetic display for her fans at the SSE Hydro, leaping across the stage.

Donning a skintight black polo neck, she dazzled as she took to the stage, throwing her arms in the air in abandon.

Wearing her golden locks loose and tousled she whipped her glossy tresses back to expose her pretty face, which bore a neutral make-up palette.

Ellie's energetic performance came after she rounded off her Newcastle gig with a night on the town with Scotty T on Wednesday, reportedly staying out until 3am.

The notorious party boy bragged about showing the Starry-Eyed singer the delights of the city's famously raucous night life as he shared a bleary-eyed selfie of the pair who were also joined by one of his cousins.

The image of the cosy trio appeared on Scott's Instagram account on Thursday but was deleted some time afterwards.

Speaking to The Sun, she admitted it'd had been 'tough' but that they're still on good terms, despite the heartache.
