Police following the trail of the terrorist murderers behind the atrocities in France and Belgium have repeatedly arrived at a single block of housing in Molenbeek, a district of Brussels known as a hotbed of jihadism. The centre of the deadly network is the Abdeslam family home, a first floor apartment on Gemeenteplaats, behind the local police station - and just round the corner from the home of Abdelhamid Abaaoud, the brains behind the Paris attacks.

Briton Pauline Graystone, who has lived in Belgium for 20 years, today described the terrifying moment she tried to protect her daughter as the first explosion shook Zaventem airport. Mrs Graystone (pictured main) and her family were standing next to a check-in desk in the crowded terminal when they heard the first blast, which her husband instantly recognised as the sound of a bomb. The couple (pictured top right) huddled with their daughter on the floor as the second explosion tore through the building moments later. Aiden Stein (left) was four months when he was rushed to a hospital in Mansfield, Ohio, on March 15, 2004. His father Matthew Stein (right after being convicted), then 21, reported the baby had lost consciousness. He was later convicted of felonious assault and child endangerment in 2005 and spent eight years in prison despite his assertions that he never injured his son. The case drew national attention when his parents (together, inset) waged a successful legal fight to prevent a court-appointed guardian from having him removed from life support. The GOP frontrunner responded to the ad in characteristic bombastic fashion on Twitter, writing: 'Lyin' Ted Cruz just used a picture of Melania from a G.Q. shoot in his ad. Be careful, Lyin' Ted, or I will spill the beans on your wife!' he wrote. Cruz was quick to respond, saying: 'Pic of your wife not from us. Donald, if you try to attack Heidi, you're more of a coward than I thought. #classless.'

Adrian Kaczmarek decides he has had enough when a 25-year-old man starts to harass other riders at night on an Expo line in Los Angeles. Other passengers fend him, one with his bike, as the troublesome man stumbles around the train swearing and walking up to confront people. Then in a swift and effective move Adrian, or 'Viking Guy', swoops in behind the man with a headlock and chokes him to unconsciousness on the floor of the train before standing calmly on top of him.

Actress Taryn Manning, 37, won't be seeing the money she's asking for from the City of New York if the city has its way. It claims the arresting officer had probable cause when she was picked up in November 2014 and held for four hours. Manning filed her $10 million lawsuit last month claiming 'false arrest'. They beat their victim for several minutes, first on the pavement and then pushing her face down on a car bonnet. The sickening thumps of the stiletto heels can be heard as they hit her body. But no one stepped in to help and Angie was left badly injured. The attackers were later jailed but internet trolls continue to send death threats to the model leaving her 'very worried.' Angie is still undergoing reconstructive surgery for the injuries she sustained.

The first-time father flew from his hometown in Kentucky to spend four days of scheduled visits with Sailor in Anchorage after hashing out a custody agreement with Bristol. The unknown youth, who is reportedly in the seventh grade, jumped on Katt Williams and put him in a headlock after he was sucker punched in the face by the troubled comedian. It is unknown what started the argument or when the incident occurred.

Teresa Giudice was seen arriving back home (right) after her husband Joe reported to prison, marking the beginning of her new life for the next 41 months as a single mother. Giudice was photographed quickly making her way from her car into her home soon after Joe began his almost four years of time behind bars. UPDATED Sofya Tsygankova appeared at a court in Fort Worth today where she pleaded not guilty to the capital murder of her children Nika Kholodenko, 5, and one-year-old baby Michela Kholodenko. The children's bodies were discovered at the family's Benbrook, Texas, home last Thursday by Tsygankova's award-winning musician husband, Vadym Kholodenko when he arrived to take them to school. The acclaimed pianist had called 911 and reported that his wife 'was going crazy'.

Spencer Collier (inset), who was let go as Alabama Law Enforcement Secretary on Tuesday, says he has evidence of a relationship between Gov. Robert Bentley and Rebekah Caldwell Mason (pair pictured together right). The former senior officer, who was accused of misusing funds, claimed he first knew about the relationship in 2014, while the governor was still married to wife of 50 years Dianne (pictured right). However he only chose to disclose the information after he was sacked. Bentley and his wife divorced in November 2015, citing 'irreconcilable differences'.

Tracy Anderwald, 34, had been swimming in the pool in her Portland backyard, Oregon, with her daughter Allison when she suffered a sudden seizure. Rather than panic, five-year-old Allison dove into the water to save her mom who was floating face down in the water. The brave youngster's rescue was caught on the family's surveillance footage swimming out to Anderwald who had fallen unconscious.

NEW Researchers at the La Silla Observatory in Chile captured an image of the Carina Nebula, which shows a face-like outline glowing through the clouds. The star formation surrounding the mysterious profile is NGC 3324, a nebula sitting along the edges of massive constellation. Gas and dust were cleared by the wind and radiation from infant stars in order to form the glowing outline of a man's face that has a 'bump in the center corresponding to a nose'. But conspiracy theorist believe it its an alien of a blue colored species, who 'is really impressive and idolized by many star systems'.

A four-year-old Texas boy has died after an 81-year-old woman (inset) who was picking him up from day care did not realize he was not in her SUV, and he was run over by the car, officials said. The Harris County sheriff's office said the boy, identified by family members as Anthony Craft, (pictured left) was struck on Tuesday outside KD Learning Center in Houston, located in a shopping center (the car pictured lodged into the daycare bottom right). The woman had thought both her grandchild and Anthony were inside her Lincoln Navigator when she put it in reverse to leave, but Anthony was still trying to get in and was near a rear wheel of the car. When she got out of the moving vehicle to try to help the boy she fell out of the car (top right), and the vehicle continued in reverse, before the open car door struck the boy and he was pushed under the vehicle. The car then rolled backwards, sideswiping another vehicle before slamming into the day care. No one inside the day care was hurt nor was the woman's grandchild.

At a home in North America the beautiful blue-eyed Siberian Husky is filmed playing with the baby girl in the family living room. The pair mess around with a cuddly toy before the dog rises to give her a kiss on the lips. The two have been together since the girl was a tiny baby and the large dog is always playful around her.
