'The wig glue got to her brain': Brandi Glanville accuses Lisa Rinna of wearing fake hair and tells her to 'eat some food' in F-word rant on RHOBH

Brandi Glanville returned to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Tuesday night's episode and wasted no time in speaking her mind.

While the other ladies were living it up in Dubai, Brandi, 43, visited pal Yolanda Foster who updated her on some of the things Lisa Rinna had been saying about her and her Lyme disease battle.

'She's mad!' The mother-of-two exclaimed and added, 'Well, I think that wig glue is going to her brain and she needs to check herself.'

When Yolanda, 52, sounded surprised, Brandi insisted: 'One wig and one style. I’m not lying - she wears wigs!'

But that was nothing compared to what Brandi told cameras after being told about Lisa's Munchausen Syndrome claims.

‘What the f*** - what is wrong with her?’ Brandi asked, saying to camera: 'Dear Lisa Rinna, get a f***ing life, eat some food and stop talking about my friends.

'You have nothing else going on in your life. Hashtag straightjacket; hashtag real friends; motherf***er, get some help.'

It's not the first time Brandi has attacked Lisa's hairstyle.

In April last year she defended her locks after Brandi attacked her on one of the reunion episodes saying 'You've had the same hairdo for 20 years, and you're bashing it on my look?'

Lisa appeared to take a little to heart as she appeared on Access Hollywood shortly after and said:

'I've had it for a long time, yes. I did grow it out when Delilah Belle was born, which was 16 years ago, so it hasn't exactly been the same. I've had different versions of it. [But] it works.

'Harry [Hamlin] likes it. He always says, 'Keep it short.' So I like to keep my husband happy.'

As she updated her blog on the Bravo website on Tuesday Lisa, 52, refused to respond to Brandi's latest harsh assessment.

She wrote: 'I was happy to see some of the other Housewives there to support Yolanda and found some of their conversations to be rather interesting... Let’s just leave it at that, shall we?'

The former Melrose Place star explained that she did have sympathy for Yolanda and other Lyme disease sufferers despite how it appeared.

'What the f*** - what is wrong with her?' Brandi said to cameras about her co-stars and added 'Dear Lisa Rinna, get a f***ing life, eat some food and stop talking about my friends,'

'What has gone down between Yolanda and me is in no way associated to anyone else suffering from chronic illness, and I apologize to those of you that took any part of my questions meant for only Yolanda and attributed them to your own personal journey to wellness.

'My intentions were to never insult or slight any community of people that are suffering in any way, shape or form. Chronic Lyme is confusing for most doctors I have spoken to. So for us to be confused is quite normal, I believe. I have always been concerned for Yolanda and what she is going through.

Meanwhile Yolanda had admitted being 'nervous' as she got ready for the Global Lyme Alliance Gala, insisting: ’I haven’t worn any makeup in 11 months. I haven’t done any botox or anything now for three years. It’s funny to see how your face changes.’

The former model has faced ongoing tension on the reality show with some of her co-stars doubting her illness and Lisa raising the possibility she has Munchausen Syndrome and has been making it up.

Yolanda invited all of her friends to New York to see her honored at the annual Global Lyme Alliance Gala in a bid to give them key insights into her ‘journey.’

Kyle Richards had a change of heart when she listened to Yolanda's daughter Gigi give a speech where she said people 'shame' her mother.

'I always felt, like, dirty and weird even hearing Lisa Rinna use the world 'Munchausen,' and being in that setting with her, and not being more defensive,

'And being here tonight, and listening to what these people are saying, I feel bad about that. It's really hard because a part of me feels guilty for talking about her children. It's really upsetting.'

Later the event was brought up while they enjoyed their first night at a girls' trip to Dubai - and Lisa stuck to her guns in bashing Yolanda.

'I've never doubted that she's sick,' Rinna said despite everyone giving her the side-eye.

She added later to camera: ‘I do think that Yolanda uses her illness as a shield. And as a pass. And to not be held accountable for things.’

Erika attacked her for her claims, while Eileen Davidson told Lisa: ‘I don’t understand why you question it still, why it’s still a thing.’
