The beating was posted on the website Fameolous and on a Facebook page with a comment saying ‘He nothing but talk’.

It is believed the fight took place in either Atlanta or Melrose, Florida, according to TMZ and New York Daily News.

Neither the youngster or Williams seemed to be injured in the fight.

Police have reviewed the video and launched a criminal investigation into the incident, with Williams as the target, law enforcement officials told TMZ.

Williams is out on bail for multiple assault charges, and police are reviewing the bail order to determine if Williams violated his order. If he did, his bail could be revoked.

He was arrested earlier this month after a February 28 incident, in which the comedian allegedly threatened to kill Corey Dixon, his reported bodyguard.

Williams was booked into the Hall County Jail for aggravated assault, false imprisonment, and terroristic threats.

Dixon was allegedly assaulted at Williams' home after saying no to carrying out criminal activity, WSB-TV reported.

Hall County Sheriff's Office Deputy Nicole Bailes told the TV station: 'It's our understanding that Mr. Williams was encouraging our victim, Mr. Dixon, to engage in some criminal activity in the Atlanta area.'

Bailes said: '[Williams] ordered the assault and stood there while the assault was happening. It is my understanding that there were firearms present. Mr. Williams had a firearm on his person.'

Tatiana Smith, 24 allegedly choked Dixon and beat him with a baseball bat, the TV station reported.

As the incident occurred, Williams allegedly threatened to kill his bodyguard, according to WSB-TV.

That same night, Williams allegedly assaulted a woman after she claimed that Kevin Hart was funnier than him, according to the New York Daily News.

Williams has also been accused of holding five women at gunpoint, punching one of them, and stealing the women's cellphones on February 28.

He told police the women were harassing him and taking his picture and filming him without permission.

On February 29, Williams allegedly punched a Leslie's Pool Supplies worker named Paul Love.

Williams told TMZ that Love 'used the N-word on the last day of Black History Month.'

He also told the news outlet: 'Katt Williams did what Katt Williams had to do as a black man that is self-employed.'

However, Love, 54, told WSB-TV he had no idea why Williams attacked him, knocked over a display and punched him in the face, two months after he had brain surgery.

In that case, Williams was booked into the county jail on a battery charge then later released on bail, DailyMail.com reported.

Williams is suspected of misdemeanor battery regarding an incident in Los Angeles on March 1, according to TMZ. Williams told the website he acted in self-defense after someone struck him.

On March 6, Williams was in Philadelphia at a Beanie Sigel concert when he reportedly started a fight that was captured on video.

Last week, actress Jamila Majesty filed a lawsuit claiming Williams and his entourage 'tortured' her for hours.

In an interview with Page Six made shortly after she filed the suit this week, Majesty claimed that she met Katt at a film preview in April 2014, and in July of that year visited to his gated mansion in LA.

There, she says, she was abused for hours by Williams and his entourage of scantily clad women - all because she used his bathroom without permission.

In 2015, the comedian appeared in court alongside Marion 'Suge' Knight where they pleaded not guilty to robbery charges.

The pair had been accused of taking a camera from a celebrity photographer during a confrontation in Beverly Hills in September 2014. A trial date has not been set.
