EXCLUSIVE PHOTOS: Bobby Flay enjoys lunch with assistant he was accused of having an affair with before watching new girlfriend on first night of her Broadway musical

Bobby Flay and the woman he was accused of having an affair with grabbed lunch together Thursday afternoon before the celeb chef headed off to watch his new girlfriend on Broadway.

Flay and his assistant Elyse Tirrell were photographed after dining at Rosa Mexicano in New York City almost one year after it was first alleged he had a relationship with the 29-year-old while married to Stephanie March.

Hours later Flay posted a photo of himself catching the new Broadway musical American Psycho, starring his new girlfriend Helene Yorke.

'Broadway's next big deal. Don't wait..,' wrote Flay on his Instagram photo at the performance, tagging his new girlfriend in the post.

The 51-year-old restaurateur and 30-year-old Masters of Sex star Yorke were photographed together for the first time Wednesday night after Flay came to meet her outside the Schoenfeld Theater following rehearsal.

In the photos Flay is seen hugging Yorke and giving her a kiss on the cheek before the pair grabbed a car together. 

Reports first emerged that the two were dating last week, one year after Flay and March separated and eight months after the pair's contentious divorce was finalized in court.

Page Six was the first to reveal that pair were together after Flay took Yorke as his date to the premiere of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice at at Radio City Music Hall. 

A rep for Flay denied this however saying the two were just 'friends.'

The pair were also seen courtside at a Knicks game in December sitting next to one another but that was just a coincidence according to Flay's rep.

Flay was at the game with his daughter and Yorke with a male friend. 

He also commented on multiple Instagram posts Yorke posted during a trip to St. Barths in January.

'I'm on my way to pick you up...but let's grill some Caribbean lobster first,' wrote Flay on one that showed Yorke sitting on an inflatable raft in a pool.

In another that showed Yorke in her two-piece laying on the beach Flay wrote; 'Umm, where's the champagne or glass of rose at least. Please do this correctly, Helene.' 

Flay also commented on a photo of Yorke standing in front of a wreath in a wool hat posted just before Christmas, writing; 'Few people wear hats better than you.'

That comment came just days after the two were photographed at the Knicks game.

Flay and March battled for months over their pre-nuptial agreement after 10 years of marriage last year, before finally coming to terms in July. 

The two said in statement to People soon after; 'We have come to an amicable divorce settlement.

'We look forward to putting this difficult time behind us and we ask that you respect our privacy as we move forward.' 

March was able to get more than the $5,000 a month in alimony she was promised in the couple's pre-nuptial agreement, but Flay was allowed to keep the couple's Manhattan apartment and Hamptons home.

In court papers, March also accused Flay of having an affair with actress January Jones of Mad Men fame.
