'It's funny to see how your face changes': Yolanda Foster reveals she quit Botox three years ago as she wears makeup for first time in 11 months on RHOBH

In a bid to aid her Lyme disease recovery, Yolanda Foster vowed to be 'toxic free', having her breast implants removed and shunning beauty treatments.

And on Tuesday night's episode of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, the mother-of-three was filmed having her makeup done for the first time in almost a year as she prepared for her appearance at the Global Lyme Alliance Gala in October.

'I haven’t worn any makeup in 11 months. I haven't done any Botox or anything now for three years. It’s funny to see how your face changes.' she admitted to cameras.

On Tuesday's RHOBH Yolanda Foster was filmed having her makeup done for the first time in nearly a year after she stopped having beauty treatments to aid her Lyme disease recovery

The Dutch beauty was seen having layers of foundation applied by a professional while admitting to being nervous ahead of the big event where she spoke on stage about her ongoing battle with the tick-borne sickness.

No doubt refraining from regular doses of face-freezing Botox has impacted the star's confidence as she shares screen time with the impossibly smooth visages of her catty cast-mates.

In an episode of RHOBH that aired in December, Yolanda's co-stars griped behind her back after she arrived bare-faced to a dinner party.

'She does not look good at all, not even a bit of under eye… maybe she could just take ten seconds to do that,' Lisa Vanderpump complained.

Kyle Richards added: 'Not a scrap…that’s borderline shocking.'   

The former model revealed on Instagram last year with a series of hashtags that she was going to ditch all the cosmetic procedures and beauty treatments she feared were contributing to her health problems.

She wrote: '#NoMoreImplants #NoMoreBotox #NoMoreExtensions #NoMoreHighlights #NoMoreNailPolish #ToxicFree.'

During Tuesday's episode Yolanda invited all of her friends to New York to see her honored at the annual Global Lyme Alliance Gala in a bid to give them key insights into her ‘journey.’

'I always felt, like, dirty and weird even hearing Lisa Rinna use the world 'Munchausen,' and being in that setting with her, and not being more defensive,

'And being here tonight, and listening to what these people are saying, I feel bad about that. It's really hard because a part of me feels guilty for talking about her children. It's really upsetting.'  

Later, Kyle insisted: ‘If I had known what I know now about Lyme Disease I would never have allowed that conversation to continue with Lisa Rinna. I would have shut it down right away.

‘I wish so much that the rest of the women could be here and hear all this.’  

While the ladies were living it up in Dubai, Brandi, 43, visited Yolanda who updated her on some of the things Lisa Rinna had been saying about her and her Lyme disease battle.

'She's mad!' The mother-of-two exclaimed and added, 'Well, I think that wig glue is going to her brain and she needs to check herself.'

Catching up: Yolanda had been telling Brandi about how Lisa has been accusing her making it all up

When Yolanda, 52, sounded surprised, Brandi insisted: 'One wig and one style. I’m not lying - she wears wigs!'   

But that was nothing compared to what Brandi told cameras after being told about Lisa's Munchausen Syndrome claims.

‘What the f*** - what is wrong with her?’ Brandi asked, saying to camera: 'Dear Lisa Rinna, get a f***ing life, eat some food and stop talking about my friends.

Later the event was brought up while they enjoyed their first night at a girls' trip to Dubai - and Lisa stuck to her guns in bashing Yolanda.

'I've never doubted that she's sick,' Rinna said despite everyone giving her the side-eye.
