She received widespread attention for tying the knot with then 50-year-old actor Dough Hutchinson when she was only 16.

And in a new clip from Lifetime's The Mother/Daughter Experiment: Celebrity Edition - shared by Us Weekly - Courtney Stodden, 21, revealed a confusing over-share about life before the scandalous marriage.

Speaking with co-stars Heidi Montag and Natalie Nunn about her sexual experience prior to wedding Doug, she said: 'I was half a virgin.'

Courtney wasn't sure about where she stood with co-star Natalie, and so the two broke off to chat as they sipped on some white wine.

Speaking to the camera, Natalie admitted: 'I really don't know the story about Courtney. During cocktail hour, she seems like a lost child with two big balloons leading her.'

Seemingly looking to break the ice - with a personal question - Natalie asked Courtney if her sex life with husband Doug was any good.

'It's really good,' Courtney shared, though Natalie was surprised, wondering if she had even experienced sex yet at 16.

'No, she was a virgin!' Heidi jumped in, before Courtney quickly corrected her by saying: 'I was half a virgin.'

Heidi then looked over at Natalie, seemingly a bit confused, as she teased Courtney by quipping: 'I say, 'Did someone half stick it in?''

Courtney and Doug tied the knot in 2011, after which they received criticism for their 35-year age gap.

They have since had a rocky road, and appeared on celebrity Couples Therapy after hitting a particularly bumpy patch.

They split in early 2013 and announced plans to divorce, but got back together after nine months and are planning to renew their vows, which Courtney shared with Us Weekly back in October.
