Miley could be seen laying on the ground in a cozy, white sweater and statement necklace as she showed off a blonde wig in a selfie that looked to have been texted to a friend.

She sent the picture along with a message that read: 'How insane. 10 years later still laying around in a blonde wig,' to which the other person replied: 'Try as you might, you can't get away. Lol.'

Along with this photo the former Disney Channel starlet decided to reflect on her complicated feelings toward her TV series.

Next she shared a throwback with her signature blonde Hannah Montana curls as she donned a fitted dress emblazoned with traffics signs.

She showed off a bit of attitude in her pose which seemed to entertain the star as she captioned the photo: 'Lof***ingL HM 4 @itsjeremyscott #beenondatJSswag #HM4EVR.'

Miley also posted a screen grab from the series, which showed Hannah flashing some underarm hair, with subtitles reading: 'Oh man, that's embarrassing. I meant to braid those.'

She has previously showed off her armpit hair, debuting newly-dyed pink hair on Instagram last May.

The star celebrated by watching her old series, continuing to post snaps and video clips, such as one in which she celebrated that her character was eating a veggie burger, since she herself is vegan in real life.

She was clearly feeling quite nostalgic as she also reposted an old, grainy photo originally shared by her father, Bill Rae Cyrus.

A young Miley - with brunette tresses - could be seen flashing a big smile in the snap which Bill Rae said reminded him of 'her Mamaw Ruthie & Great Granny Mary.'

Miley didn't get completely lost in the nostalgic, however, as she also posted a current-day shot of herself, in anticipation of the weekend.

The hitmaker wore a red cowboy hat and her face was covered in red and white stickers and she closed her eyes, revealing shimmery, silver eye shadow.

The star's fit figure was on display in the patriotic picture, which she emphatically captioned: 'It's almost Friday yallllll!!!!'

Good vibes: The hitmaker didn't get completely lost in nostalgia though, as she also shared a scantily clad photo in anticipation of the weekend, writing: 'It's almost Friday yallllll!!!!'

Miley has recently been busy working on filming for Woody Allen's as yet untitled TV series for Amazon, hence the blonde wig.

The series, which also stars Elaine May, Rachel Brosnahan, Woody, and John Magaro, is set to debut on the streaming service later this year.
