Bethenny Frankel celebrated a court victory in her divorce case with a sweet treat on Wednesday.
The Real Housewives of New York star and Skinnygirl mogul was spotted enjoy frozen yogurt during an outing with her daughter Bryn in New York.
The star looked chic in a black and white outfit, which featured a pleated skirt, black polo and loafers.

Earlier this week a court ruled Bethenny can stop making $11,852-a-month temporary maintenance payments to her estranged husband Jason Hoppy.
It is thought Bethenny, who shares custody of Bryn with her former spouse, will continue child support payments - previously reported to total around $10,000 a month.
While the court's decision is a victory for the Skinny Girl boss, she still has a fight on her hands over a $5million TriBeCa, New York apartment she purchased while married to the sales representative.

On Tuesday the New York Appellent court heard lawyers for both sides argue over the ownership of the luxury home.
While Bethenny funded the purchase single-handedly, the former Real Housewives Of New York star used a trust to buy the property.
The trust names both Frankel and Hoppy as beneficiaries.
As a result the New York appeals court ruled that Bethenny and her soon to be ex-husband must continue court proceedings to establish various 'issues of fact' which must be determined before ownership can be decided.
Not divorced yet: Bethenny and Jason Hoppy are seen with daughter Bryn in 2012; they split that year but are not yet divorced as they struggle to agree over how to split their assets
The issues include Hoppy's assertion that the loft apartment was always meant to be co-owned.
For her part Frankel has questioned whether her estranged husband committed fraud while helping to set up the trust.
Further complicating things, the trust has since been invalidated by law because of the way the former couple's signatures appear on the document.
The two will now face one another in court again in a bid to determine whether Hoppy has any right to the apartment, where he currently lives.
The disputed home: Bethenny bought the $5million Tribeca loft during her marriage to Hoppy, from whom she split in 2012 after two years of marriage; financial wranglings mean the pair are yet to officially divorce

A source close to the case told InTouch that Hoppy was 'thrilled' with the verdict.
'Jason is looking forward to his day in court,' the source told the magazine.
As for the maintenance payments, the judges ruled by a majority of three to one that the pair's prenuptial agreement should stand.
Bitter split: Hoppy now lives in the home alone, having refused to leave after the two split
In the agreement the former couple waived 'any and all claims for spousal support and/or maintenance' which the Manhattan court determined clearly meant a waiver of 'any kind of spousal support, including temporary support'.
Despite splitting after two years of marriage in 2012 and agreeing the custody of their daughter two years later, Bethenny and Hoppy have yet to finalise their divorce.
Bethenny made her fortune through her Skinny Girl empire and is worth around $55million.
