Cambridge confident change in approach gives them edge over Oxford in Boat Race

Cambridge have revealed the significant changes to their training programme which they hope will inspire victory over Oxford in Sunday's Boat Race. They are the favourites for the 162nd edition of the race, regardless of Oxford's run of three consecutive victories, largely because of the fact they are 11.8 kilograms heavier overall and 1.5 centimetres taller per man, and have four returning blues to Oxford's one. Cambridge have also added Great Britain oarsman Lance Tredell to their team, while Oxford have lost Constantine Louloudis, their president for their four wins in the past five years.
