She's just returned to city life after a fun beach holiday with friends.

And Julianne Hough looked in great shape as she showed off her lightly tanned skin while heading to the gym to work out in New York on Tuesday.

It was a quick workout for the star, who was later seen enjoying a night out with friends.

The singer showed off her natural beauty by opting to go makeup free and rocking center parted wavy tresses.

Later in the evening, the beauty swapped out her fitness gear for a daring sheer dress and cardigan to see the play Hamilton with friends Vanessa Hudgens and Austin Butler.
