DALEY, THOMAS F. - passed away on January 31, 2015, at the age of 61 in Louisiana. He is survived by his wife, the love of his life, Margaret Mary (Versaggi) Daley , his two daughters Bernadette and Monique; his mom, Winifred Joan; his brother Stephen and his wife Donna; his twin sister Therese Budd and her husband Lee; his brother Joe and his wife Debbie; his sister Maryann Azzato and her husband Bud; his sister Christine Ternosky and her husband Mark; his sister Rosie; his brother Anthony and his wife Maria; his brother John and his wife Nancy; his sister Kathleen (Tootsie) O'Neill and her husband Tom; his brother Matthew; and numerous nieces and nephews. Tom's father, Fred Daley, his brother Paul, and his sister Bernadette predeceased him. Tom lived in South Seaville and graduated from Wildwood Catholic "71", earned a B.A. from Rutgers University, his Jurist Doctorate degree from Loyola University School of Law, New Orleans and a Master of Law degree from the University of Virginia, School of Law. Torn served as a licensed attorney in Louisiana for 36 years and as a judge for 18 years, serving on both the 40th Judicial District Court and the Louisiana 5th Circuit Court of Appeal. He finished his legal career as the Disti ict Attorney far St. John the Baptist Parish, Tom worked hard at every job and was always ready and willing to help anyone in need. Tom was a dedicated public servant, a man of great faith, and a selfless husband, father and friend. A memorial mass will be held at Notre Dame de la mer Parish (St. Ann's Church), 2901 Atlantic Ave., Wildwood, NJ, at 10:00 am on April 18, 2015. Visitation will be held 9:30-10:00 am. Burial will take Place following mass at St Elizabeth's Cemetery, Rt 47 North, Goshen NJ 08218
