It's no yolk! Taylor Swift and her little brother Austin get competitive as they try to crack each other's eggs in Easter game

As an incredibly successful singer and busy artist, there's no doubt she cherishes every chance she gets to be with her family.  

But Taylor Swift couldn't resist the opportunity to take on her younger brother Austin for a very competitive round of egg cracking, with just hours to go before the Easter holiday.

Taylor, 26, chronicled the sibling rivalry with a string of videos shared on Twitter on Saturday.

The object of the game is to see whose hard boiled egg would remain in tact after it was smashed against the competitor's own egg, with the first to break pronounced the loser.

'Easter Egg Battles 2016,' Taylor captioned the first video, in which she roared victoriously after her egg managed to remain fully intact when it was dealt a harsh blow from her brother.

Taylor wasn't as triumphant in the second round, with a separate video chronicling the tragic outcome of her egg.

'A devastating loss,' she captioned the clip.

After Taylor counted down from three, her brother lunged forward to smash his egg with hers, a move which proved to deal some damage. 

'Oh no!' Taylor cried.  'It went to battle before, this isn't fair! I used this one last round!' she tried to explain. 

'It's how it works!' her brother dismissed.

The siblings went head-to-head once more, but as they slapped their eggs against each other, Taylor reprimanded her brother, 'That's against the rules! That's against the rules!' 

The singer then interrupted their game as she instructed Austin, 'Ground yourself!', before smashing her egg against his.

The move proved to be a deadly blow to her own egg, with her brother laughing as Taylor inspected her broken shell.

Taylor's game comes after she celebrated her first anniversary with boyfriend Calvin Harris on March 6.

In one Instagram snap, the bikini-clad hitmaker stood on the water's edge kissing the 32-year-old.

Taylor also shared a photo of their initials - 'TS + AW' - in the sand, using the Scot's given name Adam Wiles.
