Does your company already list properties on Zoopla and PrimeLocation?
Dear Customers,
Last year, we introduced a new way for you to login into Zoopla Pro in which you have your own personal login associated with your email address. We verify that you still own that email address each time you login from a new browser and are asked to enter a code sent to your email. Your computer or device is then registered to use your account.
In line with our security policy, over the next two weeks we will log you out from your account and ask that you re-register your computer or device through the usual mechanism of receiving an email and entering a unique code when you log in. Please ensure that you do have access to the email account that you use to login into Zoopla Pro as well as your account password.
If you do have any difficulties when logging in, please do email our Support team at members@zpg.co.uk.
Kind Regards,
ZPG Member Support Team
ZPG will never contact you by phone or email asking you to:
If you receive an unsolicited email asking you to enter your ZPG login details for any reason, do not reply, click on any link or download attachments. Please forward the email to members@zpg.co.uk for us to investigate.
We've been made aware of an email phishing scam informing some of our members that we have been unable to process direct debit payments, and asking them to make a bank transfer to an account.
Please ignore the email and do not take any action. It is a fake email which was not sent by us.
If you receive any emails in future asking you to update payment methods, call us first on 020 3544 1000 to check it is genuine. The @zpgpro.co.uk domain does not belong to us, so any emails you may have received ending with that address are not from ZPG.
Valuable tools and reports to help grow your business and maximise your exposure on ZPG.
