Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan amp up the drama during late night filming session for steamy 50 Shades Darker sequel
They're hard at work filming the second instalment of the steamy 50 Shades saga.
And Dakota Johnson, 26, and Jamie Dornan, 33, stepped out to shoot a late night scene in Vancouver on Friday, although there was no sign of the eroticism for which the series is famed.
Instead, both actors were dressed in a demure manner, with Dakota - who stars as virginal student turned contracted submissive, Anastasia Steele - covered up in a stylish tan coat worn over a plum dress teamed with nude heels.

Jamie, who plays the role of billionaire misogynist Christian Grey, sported a dark winter coat worn open over a light grey T-shirt, which he matched with dark jeans and shoes.
In a recent shoot, the on-screen lovers engaged in a passionate smooch against a brick wall while under the cover of darkness.
However, the saucy clinch was swapped for straight-faced drama on Friday, as the stars put their all into the tense scene, walking side-by-side with their faces bearing looks of consternation.

It received five Golden Raspberry Awards - known as Razzies - for Worst Actor, Worst Actress, Worst Screen Combo, Worst Screenplay and Worst Picture (shared with Fantastic Four).

Fifty Shades Darker follows the unlikely couple as they embark on their contracted relationship, but under new conditions.
Filming for the sequel began filming in February, and saw the actors fly out to Canada for production.
The timing was no doubt frustrating for Jamie who is believed to have welcomed his second child with wife Amelia Warner earlier this month.
Fifty Shades Darker is expected to be released on February 10, 2017.
The couple had to re-shoot scenes for last February's release, when film bosses were concerned about an absence of heat between the duo.
A film source has revealed to Us Magazine that the footage didn't feel 'passionate' and producers have been disappointed by the lack of chemistry.
