They say a dog is a man's best friend and Ander Herrera has shown that with a heart-warming act.
The Manchester United midfielder has shown his charitable side by helping greyhounds in need.
Working with Makants Greyhound Rescue North West, Herrera has aided the organisation in re-homing retired racing greyhounds.

The 26-year-old took to Twitter on Thursday morning to reveal his pride in the organisation, but also his sadness at saying goodbye to one greyhound.
Accompanied with the caption: 'Pleased to have been able to know these magnificent greyhounds', the Spaniard was pictured all smiles with one dog.
As well as re-homing retired racing greyhounds, Makants Greyhound Rescue North West also help find homes for those breeds from individuals who can no longer provide the love and care they require.

The dogs are assessed, neutered, vaccinated and micro-chipped prior to re-homing, with the organisation relying on the kindness and generosity of others.
Despite being overlooked for Spain's squad for this month's friendlies against Italy and Romania, Herrera has proven his pedigree at United since arriving almost two summers ago.
The Red Devils midfielder has scored five goals in 33 games so far this season in all competitions.
However, he has not featured for Louis van Gaal's side since their 1-1 draw with West Ham in the FA Cup quarter-finals on March 13 after suffering a groin injury in training a few days later.
But with the international break underway, the Spaniard will be hoping to be back for the final part of the Old Trafford's campaign.
