They're currently in the process of planning their up-coming wedding.

But while wedding bells may indeed be in the air for Eva Longoria and her fiancé Jose Antonio Baston, the couple put all their plans on hold to enjoy a romantic trip to Italy.

Arriving at the country's picturesque Lake Como over the weekend, the 41-year-old actress and her beau were seen enjoying all the area had to offer during a walk on Monday.

Obviously keen to experience all the sights and sounds of the luxurious region, the Desperate Housewives star and Mexican TV executive husband-to-be hopped in a boat to cruise around the lake.

The couple - who announced their engagement in December - looked to be enjoying the sights, but were possibly feeling cold nip in the North Italian air.

Wrapping up warm Eva still managed to retain an air of effortless style, with the actress wearing a chic and stylish all-black ensemble.

Obviously not accustomed to the cooler climate in the mountainous region, Eva donned a wraparound overcoat.

She teamed the jacket with an equally warm looking wool scarf, which she wore wrapped around her neck.

But never one to shy away from showcasing her fashionable flare, the Telenovela star slipped into a pair of skinny fit jeans, which allowed the actress to showcase her lithe legs.

She rounded off her look with a practical yet chic pair of block-heeled leather boots, while she kept her accessories to a minimum: only sporting a handbag and a pair of sunglasses.

Jose - who began dating the star in 2013 - looked equally as stylish, donning a tan leather jacket, a dark jumper, scarf and grey jeans teamed with black walking boots.

The TV boss added a dashing edge to his look wearing his dark locks slicked back, while he also donned a pair of sunglasses.

Later on in the day, the A-List couple enjoyed a quiet meal in fellow Tinsel Town star George Clooney's favourite restaurant, Le darsene di Loppia.
