LuAnn de Lesseps is sparing no expense for her second wedding.

The 50-year-old told People that she will be pulling out all the stops for her big day with Tom D'Agostino Jr. later this year.

'I plan to make it a weekend to remember, with a cocktail party on a private yacht kicking it off,' she said.

The Real Housewives Of New York City star also revealed that the couple want their ceremony to be 'traditional', and it will be performed by a Catholic priest.

Countess LuAnn has previously divulged that the nuptials will be taking place on New Year's Eve, which is also her husband-to-be's 50th birthday.

According to People, there will be 200 guests in attendance, and the former model and sometimes singer teased that some 'special friends' will be there.

The President and CEO of Smart Source got down on one knee and popped the question to LuAnn with a stunning eight carat canary diamond engagement ring last month.

The couple had known each other for nine months and only began dating recently, but the reality star says they are 'over the moon'.

She told People: 'Tom is a great catch. We are so happy, and I’m grateful to have found a love and a soulmate.'

LuAnn was previously married to Count Alexandre De Lesseps, 66, from 1993 to 2009. They had two children together: son Noel, 19, and daughter Victoria, 21.

This new marriage means she will lose her Countess title, although she will keep it for her Countess Collection clothing line.

According to the New York Daily News' Confidenti@l column, Alexandre - who LuAnn remains on good terms with - will be a guest at the nuptials.

LuAnn previously dished on how she wants 'a big blowout wedding' as she told Us Weekly about the proposal.

'He proposed in front of our fireplace,' she shared, adding that he popped the question on February 5. 'He planned to propose on Valentine’s Day, but he couldn’t wait!'

Tom has previously dated two of LuAnn's Real Housewives Of New York City co-stars, Ramona Singer and Sonja Morgan, but it doesn't bother LuAnn.

'I call it BL: Before Lu. And before Lu, I don’t care what happened,' she told the New York Post last month. 'We're getting married and we love each other. And that's all that matters.

'Whatever happened before, he was dating, I was dating. That's fodder and I don't pay much attention to it. He's marrying me.'
