Stoke City duo Joselu and Marc Muniesa have celebrated their birthdays on Easter Sunday, kitted out in pink bunny ensembles.

Striker Joselu, 26, and defender Muniesa, 23, were surprised by team-mate and fellow Spaniard Bojan with a party, a photo of which was later uploaded to Instagram.

Joselu, who joined the Potters from Hannover last summer, was on target in their latest Premier League win, a 2-1 success away at Watford.

Muniesa, who signed from Barcelona in 2013 has made 13 first-team appearances for Mark Hughes' side this season.

Party organiser and fan favourite Bojan, another former Barca player, was clearly tickled by his team-mates fancy dress and tweeted: 'You two never stop surprising me.'

Stoke's win over Watford sees them eighth in the Premier League table after 31 games played with 46 points, just five behind fourth-placed Manchester City who occupy the last qualification spot for the Champions League next term.

The Potters have finished ninth for the past two seasons, but are now targeting a grander prize.

Much has been made of the change of style in Stoke's play since Hughes took charge and nowhere was that more evident than with the opening goal against Watford.

Jonathan Walters rounded off a stunning 13-pass move at the back post in which eight different players touched the ball, which was started from the edge of their own area.
