Lauren Bush Lauren continued to celebrate her four-month-old son James' first Easter by heading to the White House on Monday, while her cousin Jenna Bush Hager enjoyed a 'spring break' vacation with her baby girl Poppy.

The 31-year-old FEED founder and her 44-year-old husband David headed to Washington, D.C. on Monday for the White House's annual Easter Egg Roll on the South Lawn.

James looked patriotic - and paid homage to his paternal grandfather - in a Ralph Lauren sweater featuring an American flag, while Lauren donned a classic cream crewneck sweater and David was dressed to the nines in a suit and tie.

And while Lauren and her family spent the day at the White House, Jenna and her seven-month-old daughter Poppy were enjoying some fun in the sun during a trip to the beach.

The 34-year-old took to Instagram on Tuesday to share a photo of herself holding her little girl, who looks thrilled to be on the beach.

'Poppy Lou - Spring Breaking since 2016,' she captioned the precious image, which sees the infant smiling for the camera.

Unlike their cousins, Jenna and her daughter were dressed casually for their day by the ocean. While Poppy wore a cream dress featuring a purple flowers, the Today show star wore a loose-fitting cover-up over her halter-style swimsuit.

Baby makes three: She and her husband David Lauren, 44, welcomed their first child in November

Lauren and Jenna often share photos of their children on social media, and this week has been no exception.

On Sunday, Lauren posted an image of herself and her baby boy sharing a sweet cuddle while crouched down in a field of daffodils, the perfect setting for such a springtime snap.

Commenting on the picture, Lauren simply wrote of the cute occasion: 'Happy Easter from me and my baby bunny!' before sharing the hashtag #jrlauren.

In the snap, baby James, who turned four-months-old last week, can be seen wearing a beautiful cream bonnet, complete with what appear to be bunny ears, which matches his mother's thick cable knit sweater.

To complete his outfit, the chubby-cheeked infant is clad in a powder blue babygro and matching booties, while his mother went for a casual pair of jeans, leaving her brown hair half pulled back from her face, which was practically free from all cosmetics.

The natural and wholesome snap is very much in keeping with the cute candid pictures Lauren has been sharing since the birth of her son on November 21 last year.

Just last week, she posted an image on Instagram to commemorate her son reaching his four-month milestone, which showed him lying back on a bed next to two soft blocks bearing his exact age.

'Happy 4 months to my sweet baby James,' she captioned the Instagram image, adding an angel, star, and baby bottle emoji.

Lauren has been updating her Instagram followers with how James has been growing every month, swapping wooden blocks for softer ones in February. But in between those dutiful (and adorable) progress reports, she's been sharing other cute pictures of her little one, too.

And while Jenna's posts on Instagram might not be as frequent, they are just as sweet.

Earlier this month, the Today show correspondent shared an image of herself snuggling up to her two-year-old daughter Mila as they posed for the selfie, while highlighting the uncanny resemblance between the two.

And to commemorate daughter Poppy's six-month birthday in February, the mother-of-two took to Instagram to share an adorable picture of her daughters wearing matching Valentine's Day-inspired heart-print ensembles.
