Scott Disick loves to post photos on his Instagram account where he looks like a Las Vegas version of James Bond.

Often the bad boy of reality TV is seen wearing expensive Italian clothes, flying in private jets or partying with models.

But on Thursday the 32-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star showed a more innocent side to himself when he shared a rare childhood photo. In true Lord Disick fashion, he added a bit of smut with his caption.

The boy turned into a man: The 32-year-old bad boy of reality TV in April with Khloe Kardashian

'Way back when I was young and getting it,' wrote the star with a hashtag making it clear he was in St Barts.

Scott looks to be about six years old. It is not known who his friend is.

This comes just after Scott has been talking about his ex Kourtney Kardashian.

The two also appeared in a Snapchat video that made them appear very close again.

And on Wednesday Disick opened up about his feelings towards the mother of his three children during a phone interview with Kyle Sandilands and Jackie Henderson.

In the chat, aired on the Kyle and Jackie O KIIS show, Scott admitted that he loves the reality star and said they were 'in a good place'.

He still spends time with his ex: Disick with Kourtney Kardashian and kids in early March

Scott explained: 'She like my best friend, I'll love her to the day I die.'

The car enthusiast also denied claims he was in a new relationship and when questioned about being pictured with an unidentified female he said: 'It’s unfortunate you can’t have friends in this day and age.'

Scott went on to say that he hasn't ruled out anything out and simply doesn't know what will happen with Kourtney in the future.

He explained: 'I don’t think anything is ever simple I’m not the first person in the world that has gotten separated from their significant other.'

On good terms: The 32-year-old father of three explained how he didn't know what would happen in the future with the 36-year-old reality star. Last week the pair were seen joking they were getting back together in a video

'We’re just trying to make the best of it and life goes on. Things aren't easy but things are going very well. I'm just happy that we are able to be on good terms.'

When asked if he thought that he might get back together with Kourtney Scott said: 'I never thought a lot of things were going to happen in my life the way that they did. I’m don’t really rule anything out. I have no plans in my mind of what’s going to happen. If things are meant to be maybe they will be. I really don’t know yes or know.'

When asked if he wanted things to get back to normal he added: 'I’m normal. There were things we both needed to work on as of right now we’re in a good place, I don’t think either of us want more than where we’re at.'

Scott, who is Jewish, addressed why he wasn't part of the Easter celebrations with the rest of the Kardashian clan last weekend.

'I'm Jewish so Easter isn't really my thing,' he quipped.

After countless rumours about their relationship Scott and Kourtney split in summer last year - after the father was pictured looking cosy on holiday with a former girlfriend.

It was reported that Scott's excessive partying also contributed to the split.
