On-Ramp Intro Course

- If you're new to CrossFit you need to complete the five week introductory course. Through 10 group sessions we will guide you through all the movements and forms required for CrossFit to ensure no injury and maximum improvement. If our on-ramp class timetable does not suit we offer Personal Training sessions to suit.
- For those people who love training and want to hit crossfit hard, this is the choice for you! Unlimited access to all of our classes.
Three Sessions a Week
- The most popular option for most people. This is for three sessions a week when ever you prefer it.
Two Sessions Per Week
- Two sessions per week is a fantastic way to condition your body to CrossFit and allow recovery before your next awesome workout
