But Keira Knightley was clearly enjoying herself on the New York set of her star-studded film Collateral Beauty, this week.

The 30-year-old star was seen laughing and joking on Friday as she filmed scenes for the forthcoming drama alongside Will Smith.

Dressed in her character- Aimee Moore - the English Rose paired a quirky bubblegum pink coat with a boho skirt as she let her natural curls run wild.

Capping the look with a pair of brown suede boots, she cut a retro figure as she navigated the streets north of Soho.

Clutching an umbrella, she was seen laughing heartily with crew-members and co-stars alike.

The Anna Karenina actress, who is embodying the character of Aimee Moore in the star-studded film, smiled gleefully as the cameras rolled.

At one stage she was seen walking down the Big Apple streets with her hands in her pockets, bracing herself against the March chill as she unleashed her famous pout.

Keira, who welcomed her daughter Edie in May last year with her musician husband James Righton, has been busy filming Collateral Beauty since earlier this month.

The American comedy-drama tells the story of an advertising executive, played by Will Smith, who falls into a deep depression following a personal tragedy.

Looking typically dapper, handsome Will sported a preppy look with blue suit trousers, shirt,jumper and scarf.

But the duo aren't the only big names in the production. They are joined by acting heavyweights Kate Winslet, Helen Mirren, Jonah Hill, Michael Pena, Edward Norton and Naomie Harris.

The film is scheduled to be released on December 16, 2016.
