The actress, who pulled her blonde hair up into a cute ponytail, also carried a yellow Draper James handbag as she took off her sunglasses to check out the clothes in a boutique.

And proving that she's not always a walking advert for own brand, the Hot Pursuit star picked out two blouses, one in white lace and the other a white boatneck blouse with a blue pattern printed on sheer material.

Meanwhile, the same day Reese posted an Instagram taking advantage of one of the photo sharing website's new features.

'I heard that Instagram now has 60 minutes of video, which is so exciting because one of my favourite shows on CBS, ever since I was little, was 60 Minutes,' she deadpanned to a camera.

'So I've decided I'm going to talk to everybody for exactly 60 minutes and when 60 minutes is done, I'm going to add another 60 minutes even though I'm not sure I can talk for that long

'I heard that this is a really cool new format to share a lot of information like how I get my make-up done, by Molly Stern,' she said as Molly came into view, 'and this, Lona Vigi, she did my hair today.

'We're here in the make-up trailer today for 60 minutes for Big Little Lies, which is a show we're making with HBO and Nicole Kidman's in it and, wait...'

The actress was interrupted by someone off-screen saying: 'Sixty SECONDS honey' as a confused Reese was cut off and her clip began to replay.

Reese, who must have known that Instagram upped the length of videos from 15 to 60 seconds - not 60 minutes - on Tuesday, posted her clip captioned:  'Because I love @60minutes, #BigLittleLies....and....um... talking. (Co-starring @mollyrstern, @lonavigi, @hbo, & @Instagram) #60Seconds'

Her Instagram fans seemed to love her comedy video with one, beccabarger, saying: 'I was wondering what else was gonna be discussed because it doesn't take 60 minutes to make you beautiful! You were born that way!!'

And carohantkee60 corrected the star and some of her confused followers by explaining: '60 seconds not minutes!!!'

Having a laugh: The actress posted a cute Instagram video clip jokingly suggesting that the image sharing site had upped the limit on video clips from 15 aeconds to 60 minutes
