Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian started off their weekend with a grueling workout session.

The 36-year-old shared her outdoor sweat session with her younger sister, 31, on her Snapchat account Saturday.

The mom-of-three showed off her fit frame while dressed in grey leggings and a black sports bra while Khloe opted for black spandex bottoms and a blue shirt.

Khloe paired the skintight leggings with black and white sneakers.

Kourtney opted to pull her dark locks back into a messy high ponytail for her workout session.

Kourtney had some fun when she used skeleton emojis to cover up their faces during their workout, with only their legs visible on her snap.

The twosome used various gym equipment during their workout, including a bosu ball and a jump rope.

Kourtney wrote 'Koko' and used an arrow to point out her sister, who was hidden behind the skeleton emoji.

Kourtney's trainer, Don-A-Matrix spoke to E! on Friday about her fitness routine, revealing that: 'We train anywhere from three to five days a week depending on what projects are coming up.'

Adding: '[Our workouts last] anywhere from 45 minutes up to an hour.'

The brunette is mom to three children: six-year-old son Mason, three-year-old daughter Penelope and one-year-old Reign with ex-partner Scott Disick.

On Thursday, the E! star shared a photo to her Instagram while in the midst of another outdoor workout with her trainer Don-A-Matrix, writing: 'He kills me.'

One day later, Kourtney enjoyed the day at a roller-rink in Los Angeles with Scott, Mason and Penelope.

Her sister Kim Kardashian and Kanye West brought their daughter North as well; Kris Jenner later arrived with her boyfriend Corey Gamble.

The family were at Moonlight Rollerway in Glendale, where Kourtney and Kim both snapchatted having fun on the rink.

Kourtney also shared an Instagram picture of Penelope skating with Kris and Corey, captioning it simply with a heart.
