$The head detective for Venezuela's office of Interpol is being charged with smuggling drugs to the Dominican Republic. \nThe Venezuelan Attorney General*s Office said Saturday in a statement that Interpol*s Eliecer Garcia coordinated a shipment of 349 kilograms (769 pounds) of cocaine found hidden in luggage by police on the Caribbean island last month. \nAuthorities say businessman Pablo Cardenas was the owner of the shipment sent from the city of Barquisimeto on a Cessna aircraft. The 29-year-old wore a long cream hued duster coat with a white blouse and sunglasses while staying close to her beau, 46.

The fashion designer, who married the French banker last November, wore her light brown locks loose with a natural wave.

Mary-Kate wore her simple gold wedding band and a delicate necklace while sporting black sunglasses to round out her look.

The author added a large textured handbag,which she slung over her shoulder.

The actress wore her long locks loose opting for a deep side part and natural waves.

The Elizabeth And James co-founder showed off her natural beauty and flawless complexion by choosing to go makeup free for their travels.

Olivier looked dapper in a navy blazer and matching hued trousers, adding a crisp white collared shirt and black dress shoes.

The Frenchman, who had his hands full with their luggage, wore similar looking sunglasses like his wife.

The 3,000-square-foot boutique, which will be located at The Grove in Los Angeles, will have clothes, accessories, jewelry and fragrance from the line.
