$The head detective for Venezuela's office of Interpol is being charged with smuggling drugs to the Dominican Republic. \nThe Venezuelan Attorney General*s Office said Saturday in a statement that Interpol*s Eliecer Garcia coordinated a shipment of 349 kilograms (769 pounds) of cocaine found hidden in luggage by police on the Caribbean island last month. \nAuthorities say businessman Pablo Cardenas was the owner of the shipment sent from the city of Barquisimeto on a Cessna aircraft. Demi Lovato stunned while on the carpet for the GLAAD Media Awards on Saturday in Los Angeles.

The 23-year-old looked incredible in a low-cut black waistcoat, pairing it with animal print flared trousers and a cape-like jacket.

The singer revealed her cleavage in the plunging top while showing off her toned figure in the fitted bottoms.

Demi Lovato didn't exactly make a small splash at the GLAAD Media Awards on Saturday night. On the blue carpet, the singer-songwriter sported a tuxedo-inspired black blazer, black vest and some tan-colored pants embellished from waist to hem.

This is not an easy look to pull off and Demi's instinct to go simple and solid-hued on top was on point. Let the trousers, which have an abstract beaded print resembling leopard, do all the talking. Demi's high-waisted fitted trousers had flared bottoms with a cheetah print pattern throughout.

The stunner perched a loose-fitting jacket over her shoulders; she kept her accessories minimal by wearing just a few rings.

She wore her short dark brunette locks half up, half down while choosing a dramatic makeup look.

The singer, who is on tour with Demi for their Future Now tour, added a black shirt and matching dress shoes.
