Panama Papers reveal how TWELVE world leaders hide their millions in tax havens

The biggest leak of financial data in history has revealed how 12 current or former world leaders, the global rich and a host of celebrities are allegedly using offshore tax havens to hide their wealth. The so-called Panama Papers, part of a leak of 11million files to a German newspaper, also implicate those in Russian president Vladimir Putin's inner circle, along with families and associates of Egypt's former president Hosni Mubarak, Libya's former leader Muammar Gaddafi and Syria's president Bashar al-Assad. Documents were leaked from one of the world's most secretive companies, Panamanian law firm Mossack Fonseca, although it has not been revealed how or by whom. They show how the company has allegedly helped clients launder money, dodge sanctions and evade tax. Cops are searching for the gunman who shot a 15-year-old boy in both legs after he opened fire outside a housing development, police said on Sunday.

The shooter was captured on a security camera gripping a black pistol in his outstretched hand as he stood outside the Farragut Houses on Sands St., near Navy St. in Downtown Brooklyn, around 5:05 p.m. Friday, police said.

The victim was shot one time in each leg and taken to Methodist Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.

Police said the suspect fled the area and was last seen wearing a black baseball hat, black hoodie, blue sweatpants with white striped lines.

It was not clear what spurred the shooting or if the victim was the intended target.

Johnny Manziel showed off a set of tattoos, posting a photograph of the Rolex crown logo and his birthday, 12-6-92 in Roman numerals inked on his right hand (inset). It didn't take long before the disgraced quarterback deleted the photo. Manziel was released by the Cleveland Browns in March, just two years after he was drafted as the No. 22 overall pick in 2014. He has since become famous for his partying and his private life has been marred by domestic violence allegations by his ex-girlfriend. The Chutes de la Chaudiere (pictured), located near the city of Levis in Quebec, flow from 115 feet high. They form part of the Chaudiere River, which runs along 115 miles in Southeast Canada. The video, shot in January this year, shows giant sheets of ice tumbling down the river and into the waterfall. It has received more than 80,000 views in just three days on Youtube. The phenomenon shown in the footage happens when ice on the surface of the river breaks and is wiped away by the water. This can cause the river to rise and trigger floods.

He was seen rushing inside after cops responded to a call that someone was trying to steal a car in his driveway. Cops were seen surrounding the house with their rifles raised while the troubled musician stood firm. Empty bottles of wine were seen strewn on the floor as the officers tried to coax him out of the house. Eventually Scantlin and a number of other suspects, including a woman, were dragged out of the house in handcuffs. It is just the latest brush with the law for the troubled 'Blurry' singer.

He's using it to host a 90-feet-by-60-feet image of an alien's face made out of rocks, in the hopes that it will attract UFOs, ABC News reported. Larry Decker started his project on March 28 and finished the enormous image of a Grey alien - the kind that supposedly crashed in Roswell, New Mexico, in 1947 - three days later.
