The biggest leak of financial data in history has revealed how 12 current or former world leaders, the global rich and a host of celebrities are allegedly using offshore tax havens to hide their wealth. The so-called Panama Papers, part of a leak of 11million files to a German newspaper, also implicate those in Russian president Vladimir Putin's inner circle, along with families and associates of Egypt's former president Hosni Mubarak, Libya's former leader Muammar Gaddafi and Syria's president Bashar al-Assad. Lord Ashcroft, Baroness Pamela Sharples and former Tory MP Michael Mates are among the British politicians named. Documents were leaked from one of the world's most secretive companies, Panamanian law firm Mossack Fonseca, although it has not been revealed how or by whom. Taylor Swift's bodyguard stole the show in a hilarious Instagram photo showing the security man on a rollercoaster seated behind Swift looking unimpressed and expressionless into the ride's camera. The 'Bad Blood' singer posted the picture of herself, model pal Lily Aldridge and Aldridge's three-year-old daughter Dixie on Disneyland's Radiator Springs Racers ride on Instagram yesterday. But the hysterical expression of the bodyguard quickly became the buzz of Twitter. People began retweeting the image with their own taglines for the poker-faced security like, 'current mood: Taylor Swift's bodyguard' and 'Taylor Swift's bodyguard wins at life'.

Elizabeth English (pictured left before the crash and right in the hospital) was riding her bike in Austin, Texas when a pickup truck hit her earlier this week, trapping her underneath. She kept her head up to protect her brain, leaving the rest of her body badly injured. Detectives said witnesses heard her screaming as the truck dragged her. Artemio Gomez Avila (inset), 41, has been arrested and charged with failure to stop and render aid as authorities say he kept driving after hitting her. English, a psychiatry student at the University of Texas, suffered severe injuries to the back, hip and leg. Her spine and muscles are exposed as she has no skin left.

The crash happened early on Sunday in Northridge, Los Angeles after the driver lost control of the vehicle and went off the road. The car hit the side of the store and burst into flames (pictured). The fire didn't damage the inside of the building but left a wall slightly burned (bottom left). The cause of the crash remains under investigation. Officers do not believe alcohol played a part in the crash.

Christopher Samuel, 54, was arrested on Friday, on suspicion of animal cruelty and negligent discharge of a firearm after a dispute in Parris, California, where he allegedly shot his neighbor's dog. Friday's shooting was caught on camera and posted to social media, where it quickly went viral. It is believed that the neighbors involved in the incident have long-standing disputes with one another.

Fox News journalist Megyn Kelly said she's received threats since her feud with Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump kicked off last year. When asked if 'threats against her life' had been made, Kelly simply responded 'yes' during an interview with CBS Sunday Morning. Still, Kelly said she would welcome Trump on to her show, The Kelly File, if he wanted to make an appearance. Kelly's feud with Trump seemed to kick off last year, where her questions asking the presidential hopeful to address his negative comments about women and their appearance led to him saying the next day that she had 'blood coming out of her wherever'.

She only gave birth a week ago, but Ivanka Trump looked incredible as she dressed up for her newborn son's bris in New York on Sunday. The 34-year-old's third child with husband Jared Kushner - named Theodore James Kushner - was born on March 27. They also have Arabella Rose, four, and a boy named Joseph Frederick, two. And in keeping with the couple's Orthodox beliefs, baby Theodore is to be circumcised in a ceremony, also known as a brit milah, on the eighth day of his life.

New aerial drone footage of the massive Apple Campus 2 shows off the developmental progress of what Steve Jobs said would be 'the best office building in the world' when he spent $5billion to commission it. When it's completed, the campus will be 2.8 million square-feet, house 13,000 Apple techies and be self-sufficient with 7,000 trees planted in the dirt removed from the park to build the compound. Drone videos are made public every month as the Apple Campus 2 progresses. Even Apple CEO Tim Cook says he watches them to check on the campus' progress, as the site gets nearer to its completion date at the end of this year.

Iraqi security forces detained and blindfolded the suspected ISIS fighters (pictured main and top right) who were discovered among civilians returning to their homes in Ramadi (bottom right). Since Saturday, thousands of people have gone back to the districts of the city that have been cleared of mines and explosives, city governor Hameed Dulaymi said. Iraqi government forces reclaimed the Ramadi - provincial capital of Anbar, some 70miles west of Baghdad - from ISIS militants in December.

A Chihuahua is in animal custody after leading police on a chase across the Oakland-San Francisco Bay Bridge. The California Highway Patrol tweeted the small black dog 'led us on quite a chase' Sunday and posted a video of it running furiously on the upper level of the bridge while being trailed by a motorcycle officer. After it was captured, the Chihuahua was taken to a San Francisco animal shelter where staff members named it Ponch, after the CHP Officer Frank Poncherello played by Erik Estrada in the TV series CHiPs.

Musician Rory Feek chose to stay home instead of attending tonight's Academy of Country Music Award, where he was nominated with his late wife Joey Feek for Vocal Duo of the Year. Two construction workers have died after an Amtrak train collided with a backhoe on the tracks near Philadelphia. The front carriage of the train from New York to Savannah, Georgia, derailed after crashing into the vehicle early this morning. The Palmetto train 89 was packed with nearly 350 passengers and crew at the time of the fatal smash and around 30 people are believed to have been injured. Two New Jersey volunteer firefighters have ignited a firestorm after they used their turnout coats as a part of their wedding invitations. Paul Mellor, 27, and Danielle Szep, 26, face being suspended or fired for the posting a wedding invite that shows their names embroidered on the coats. The photo posted to social media says 'you are invited to the wedding of' and bellow the words the coats read 'D. SZEP' and 'P. MELLOR'. Protocol for firefighters is that they are not to use pictures of gear or firehouse property on social media, but the couple says they were never told that. Danielle, who has served as a volunteer firefighter for seven years, and Paul, who has served for six years, are planning to wed this may. They even got engaged at a department function two years ago.

It doesn't seem like there is any logic in the situation but one man needed to try it for himself. A hilarious photo shows a hipster in Melbourne trying to fit a large piece of furniture through the car door.

Many senior citizens in California like to do a little gardening, but one Romoland 77-year-old has much bigger ambitions for this backyard. He's using it to host a 90-feet-by-60-feet image of an alien's face made out of rocks, in the hopes that it will attract UFOs, ABC News reported. Larry Decker started his project on March 28 and finished the enormous image of a Grey alien - the kind that supposedly crashed in Roswell, New Mexico, in 1947 - three days later.

The Chutes de la Chaudiere (pictured), located near the city of Levis in Quebec, flow from 115 feet high. They form part of the Chaudiere River, which runs along 115 miles in Southeast Canada. The video, shot in January this year, shows giant sheets of ice tumbling down the river and into the waterfall. It has received more than 80,000 views in just three days on Youtube. The phenomenon shown in the footage happens when ice on the surface of the river breaks and is wiped away by the water. This can cause the river to rise and trigger floods.

The New Shepard rocket and capsule blasted off from a launch site in West Texas on Saturday at an undisclosed time, and landed minutes later back at a landing pad, the company, headed by Jeff Bezos, said. The capsule, which was flying autonomously, parachuted to a nearby site and was recovered, the company said. Bezos, the founder of Amazon.com Inc and owner of The Washington Post newspaper, described the event as 'perfect' and 'flawless'.

Evelyn Adams and David 'Rocky' Barlett were finally able to get married after 22 years together when local businesses chipped in and threw them a $20,000 wedding (left). They had been living in the woods of Tampa, Florida, (right) when police department's homeless initiative officer, Daniel McDonald, stepped in to help. Local businesses got wind of their story, and the food, clothes and wedding venue were all offered to them for free. Adams called the wedding a 'dream come true', while Barlett saw it as an opportunity to start over. They will be moving into an new home on Monday.

Salina City Police Department Chief Eric Pratt had pulled over a speeding vehicle in Utah for doing 91mph in an 80mph hour zone when he decided to carry out the practical joke. Video, filmed by Pratt, shows the officer asking for the driver's license and registration before noting an 'odor' coming from the car. He then told the motorist, and his three passengers, that he was going to deploy his drugs-sniffing cat to search for controlled substances.

It was a little like Top Gun meeting Top Gear, as a Qantas Boeing 737-800 and a Tesla electric car raced side-by-side down the Avalon Airport runways in Melbourne. Touted as a unique test of 'innovation, skill and power' the stunt was designed to flag collaboration between the iconic Australian and American companies, including installation of power connectors at major airports so motorists can charge their vehicles while away on travel.
