Kelly Rowland flashes her breast in daring blouse... before covering up with a smile as she promotes her new talent show

At first glance she looked ready for the office, in a businesslike coat and smart silk blouse.

But with hits such as Bootylicious to her name, Kelly Rowland is not one to dress down.

And in keeping with her Destiny's Child legacy, with one swift move Kelly made her rather unremarkable outfit a show stopper - letting her coat fall open to reveal more than a hint of her decolletage.

Her plunging floral silk blouse was unbuttoned right down past her breasts, revealing her lacy black negligee.

Kelly, who wore a delicate diamond-encrusted star necklace around her neck, seemed unconcerned by the exposure.

The 35-year-old smiled as she walked past the photographers waiting outside the Sirius radio station in New York.

During a BET panel talk last month, Kelly said: 'I am looking for girls who are not afraid of work.

'One thing I love and respect about Destiny's Child is when we were 11 and 12, we were all about the work and putting the time in and getting ourselves out there. We were not afraid of rehearsal and we have a great work ethic.'

The mother to one-year-old Titan also admitted she missed being part of the iconic girlband.

'There's been so many artists — and there's nothing wrong with it — who want to be solo,' she said.

'It's what we're used to right now. And like I said, there's nothing wrong with it. But I think it's time for another generation to see women coming together.

'I think it's time for another generation to see camaraderie. I think it's time for another generation to hear voices together. To hear the power of it, how exciting it is. How it's a force on stage. That is something that is missed. Hell, I miss it.'

Airing on BET, the new show premieres on April 5 at 10pm.
