It has been claimed that Chelsea Handler and Harry Styles enjoyed a flirty night at last year, yet the superstar duo deny they are anything more than friends. 

Reports suggest that the pair, who share a 19 year age gap, were on a bed chatting and became 'the talk of the party' due to their flirtatious behaviour.

The 22-year-old One Direction hunk has been spied hanging out with the outrageous chat show host, 41, in the past yet rumours of flirty antics have just surfaced.

Harry and Chelsea know one another through mutual friends and business associates, as Harry's pal and manager Jeffrey Azoff, is the son of Chelsea's manager Irving. 

Sources told The Sun: 'Harry and Chelsea are friends and both are carefree spirits.

'They seemed to think nothing of the commotion they caused by plonking themselves together side by side in such an intimate setting. They were on a bed as people rushed around them and they were being pretty flirty.'

Despite the reports, further sources close to the stars insist their relationship extends no further than friendship. 

A source close to both stars said: 'Harry and Chelsea are friends through Jeff and love to mess around. Any suggestion they have taken things any further than friendship is incorrect.'

The US talk show host slipped into a blue bikini with the name 'Harry' emblazoned across her bottom as she perched on a chair next to the man himself. 

The apparent photo session took place when the pair were in the company of English comedian James Corden.

Captioning the image, Chelsea wrote: 'Just sitting here watching James Cordon (sic) giggle.'
