What happened to your leg? Kelly Osbourne walks with a cane as she stuns in plunging zippered dress at the iHeart Radio Music Awards

She is known for her fashion risks and eclectic style.

And Kelly Osbourne turned heads when she sported a cane at the iHeartRadio Awards on Sunday.

But her walking stick might not be for vanity purposes, as she revealed in February that she has 'five fractures' and suffers from Cuboid Syndrome, which is a form of foot pain.

The television personality wore a zippered, black dress that skimmed over her curves just right.

She added matching pumps and a collection of rings for her overall look.

Aside from her lilac hair extensions, Kelly's walking cane commanded attention.

This isn't the first time Kelly has been spotted with a cane.

Back in February, Kelly, 31, revealed to DailyMail.com the reason behind her red carpet accessory, which appeared to be from an accident over Christmas.

'I have five fractures in this [right] foot and I was wearing heels through the audition period of Australia's Got Talent. And I'm like "I'm in so much pain" so they sent me to the specialist and they said, "oh you've got five fractures,'" she began.

'They said the only way you can wear heels is if you take a walking stick. I literally can't walk without it'.

But Kelly wasn't going to let her cane get in the way of her night.

In fact, the outspoken personality shared a selfie with pals Calvin Harris, 32,  and Taylor Swift, 26.

'Best table of the house @taylorswift @calvinharris #iHeartAwards,' she said.
