She was preened to perfection for a glamorous appearance at the iHeartRadio Awards on Sunday.

But Kelly Osbourne was also more than happy to show off her completely fresh face less than 24 hours later with her over two million Instagram followers.

The 31-year-old wore not a stitch of makeup in the workout selfie, which was taken in honour of MakeUp-Free Monday.

Kelly even encouraged her followers to join her in the movement and share their own makeup-free selfies.

'#MakeUpFreeMonday at the gym!' she wrote in the caption. 'Come on all you confident ladies join In & let me see your beautiful faces!!!!'

The lilac haired starlet wore a pair of white earbuds and used a dark blue bandanna to slick back her violet locks.

She wore black leggings, trainers, and an hourglass-hugging top, as revealed by her reflection in the mirror.

It was only hours earlier Kelly made a stunning arrival to the iHeart Radio Awards, where she was seated with Taylor Swift and her boyfriend Calvin Harris inside the event.

The fashion designer wore a plunging black dress with a front zip, pointed heels, and had a cane in hand as she made her grand entrance on the red carpet.

It's not the first time Kelly has been seen with the cane, which she acquired after incurring several fractures on her right foot.

Speaking about the injury, Kelly told Daily Mail Australia in February: 'I have five fractures in this [right] foot and I was wearing heels through the audition period of Australia's Got Talent. And I'm like "I'm in so much pain" so they sent me to the specialist and they said, "oh you've got five fractures.'"

She also confessed that she has been suffering Cuboid Syndrome, which is typified by a sharp pain felt on the outer portion of the foot.

Of her walking cane, the British singer confessed that: 'They said the only way you can wear heels is if you take a walking stick. I literally can't walk without it'.

Kelly didn't let her cane get in the way of her big night out on Sunday, instead raving about her prime spot with table mates Taylor and Calvin.
