Going green! Former Playboy pinup Holly Madison picks up smoothie at vegan cafe in Beverly Hills as she shows off pregnancy bump

She used to swill cocktails at the Playboy mansion with Hugh Hefner.

But now that Holly Madison is living a quieter life as a pregnant and married mother, she's reaching for better choices.

On Monday the 36-year-old blonde bombshell was seen picking up a green smoothie while at M Cafe in Beverly Hills.

M Cafe offers only vegan fare so it's safe to say no dairy was used in her shake.

Holly looked casual on Monday as she wore a grey tank top with a matching grey sweatshirt tied around her waist. The author also had on worn-in jeans and cute pink sunglasses in the shape of hearts.

The former reality star told US Weekly while at the TOMS + Oceana Partnership Celebration on Thursday at Au Fudge in Hollywood that she's 'been really lucky' during this pregnancy with 'not a lot of nausea or anything.' 

The Girls Next Door star, who confirmed her second pregnancy in January, also told the magazine that she plans on creating a 'vaguely neutral' looking nursery for her son.

The author added: 'Rainbow's is Alice In Wonderland in our house in Vegas and then here in LA it's totally pink, so this one will go another direction.' 

Holly spoke about her daughter and how she feels about being a big sister, telling Us Weekly: 'She totally understands, but she's doing that toddler thing right now where she wants to jump in our bed in the middle of the night.'

She continued: 'And I'm like, "How are we going to stop this before the baby comes? We're not going to have room!"'

The television personality married Pasquale - the founder of Insomniac Events - in September 2013 at Disneyland.

The New York Times best-selling author kept it casual in a navy dress featuring cut out sleeves and a cinched waist for the daytime event. 

Holly is gearing up to release her second book, called The Vegas Diaries, which is set to hit bookshelves on May 17.

The memoir talks about the starlet's life before tying the knot as well as before baby.

Her first book - Down The Rabbit Hole - chronicled her time from 2001-2008 as one of Hugh Hefner's girlfriends. 

Holly shared a sweet picture of her daughter Rainbow last week as she sat on a butterfly shaped bench, writing: 'Love this pic of my little girl #rainbowaurorarotella.'
