She's been cutting a stylish figure during a string of family outings where she was reunited with ex Michael Sheen with their daughter Lily..

And Kate Beckinsale earned her fashion stripes once more as she headed out with the family to the Lincoln Center in New York on Wednesday, a day after their theatre visit.

The Underworld star, 42, looked chic in a monochrome patterned poncho, as she braved the chilly New York weather.

The Pearl Harbour star swept up her flowing brunette locks into a chic updo as she cut an elegant figure.

She's got great style, and British actress Kate Beckinsale is a girl after our own heart when it comes to fashion, living in jeans and sticking to key style favorites.

The outing comes a day after Kate and her ex put on a friendly display as they stepped out for a stroll in New York with their teenage daughter on Tuesday.

Kate looked just like her daughter as they stepped in sync in the Big Apple, before heading to meet Lily's father, 47.

Kate was with Michael from 1995 until 2003, although they never married, and welcomed their daughter, Lily in 1999.

The actress then tied the knot in 2004 with director Len Wiseman after meeting on the set of Underworld in 2003.

Michael has been dating comedienne Sarah Silverman since early 2014.
