Padma Lakshmi is red hot as she shows off her svelte figure in clinging midi dress while attending numerous events in New York

But Padma Lakshmi did not need a kitchen for some sizzle on her latest outing.

The 45-year-old television personality turned heads in a red number as she attended the 7th Annual Women In Then World Summit Opening Night at the David H. Koch Theater at Lincoln Center in New York City on Wednesday night.

Padma showed off her fantastic physique in a bright red sleeveless midi dress along  featuring a line patterned embossed detailing all over it.

She completed the look with a pair of grey suede heels and accessorised wiith a gold chain necklace with a matching pendant and diamond-studded earrings.

Her brunette tresses were worn down flowing over her shoulders as she sported natural, complimentary make-up on her face topped off with shiny lip.

Padma seemed to be making friends at the Winner In The World Summit event as she posed with British journalist Tina Brown who wore a purple dress.

Designer Diane von Furstenberg was also in attendance as she sported a long black coat over a matching dress, stockings and suede ankle booties.

The Power Forum event also featured quite the impressive guest list as well as English actress Juno Temple was another one of the famous attendees.

The 26-year-old was a glimmer of sunshine as she sported a bright yellow and black sleeveless number with black pantyhose and patterned heels.

She accessorised with a matching bright yellow clutch and her blonde locks worn down.
