EXCLUSIVE: More TROUBLE for Tisha Campbell-Martin and husband Duane - now they are accused of hiding money in bankruptcy filing by diverting over $200,000 in payments from ABC's 'The Dr. Ken Show'

As if they didn't have enough trouble, Tisha Campbell-Martin and her husband Duane, who Daily Mail Online revealed have filed for bankruptcy, are now being accused of attempting to hide huge amounts of money from the trustee.

They are alleged to have diverted over a $200,000 in payments for her work on the ABC show 'Dr. Ken to keep it out of the bankruptcy trustee's sight.

They have now been slapped with a federal lawsuit demanding they hand over the cash immediately.

In January the couple filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy, claiming they only had $313,000 in assets but were drowning in over $15 million in debt owed to creditors

Their assets include $65,000 in real estate, and $248,000 in personal property, totaling $313,000 in assets. But they owe over $15,145,387 in liabilities to creditors.

Their joint monthly income was declared as $7,655 but their monthly expenses as $16,953. Currently they only have $200 in cash on hand and $173 in a credit union, papers said.

According to bankruptcy law, debtors must list ALL of their assets and liabilities under penalty of perjury.

On April 1, the trustee of the bankruptcy headed to court and slapped Tisha, 47, and Duane, 50, with a federal lawsuit demanding damages and a permanent injunction for allegedly diverting money they made away from trustee

According to the couple's bankruptcy petition,  Duane, a television actor and movie star  and Tisha, a television actress and singer, own the 100 percent interest in a production company named XE Visions.

The company produces music, music videos and 'behind-the-scenes' videos based on Tisha's performances. 

XE Visions contracts with studios regarding her performances and receives payments for the shows.

A contract was entered into between XE and Woodridge Productions - an affiliate of Sony -  that produces the ABC show 'Dr. Ken'  for which Tisha is paid $45,000 per episode.

Two days after the couple - who live in Chatsworth, CA - filed for bankruptcy, the trustee claims Tisha created another company named Won Hundred as a vehicle for rendering her acting services, despite her already running XE Visions that does exactly the same thing.

In court papers the bankruptcy trustee accuses Tisha and Duane of refusing to hand over the money and he says the payments should have been made to XE Visions NOT their new company Won Hundred since the contract she has with Dr. Ken states she is to be paid via XE Visions

The trustee accuses the couple of creating the new company for the sole purpose of diverting post-petition payments she was receiving for her work on the ABC sitcom. 

The trustee claims Tisha was paid $47,500 gross and $39,500 after she paid her agency.

Further, he alleges that Woodridge issued four or five more payments to Tisha totaling $185,000 that are being held by her talent agency for some reason.

The trustee accuses Tisha and  Duane of refusing to hand over the money and he says the payments should have been made to XE Visions NOT their new company Won Hundred since the contract she has with Dr. Ken states she is to be paid via XE Visions

He is demanding the judge grant a permanent injunction enjoining them from spending, using, transferring or otherwise dissipating the payments to Won Hundred and any other property or assets of XE until the case has been fully decided. 

He is also seeking damages for their actions

Tisha and Duane have yet to respond to the allegations in the complaint. However, the judge has ordered the bankruptcy trustee to have full control over the companies until the case is decided.
