She's far from shy when it comes to flaunting her figure.

But Casey Batchelor ramped it up a notch as she stepped out to a charity fundraiser in London on Thursday evening.

The former glamour model ripped up the rulebook and chose to parade her huge assets as well as her lean legs as she showed her support to journalist James Ingham's Jog-On to Cancer event which was held at Kensington Roof Gardens.

Casey's look certainly packed a punch as her eye-popping assets couldn't be missed in her choice of revealing dress which was wrap in style and featured a plunging neckline.

Her sizable breasts were pushed up and popped out of a black bra which offset her white gown.

The former Celebrity Big Brother contestant also offered a generous glimpse of her long legs which were toned and tanned to perfection.

Casey risked over-exposing herself as her floor-length frock crossed over high on her thighs but thankfully she managed to avoid such a wardrobe malfunction.

She elongated her petite pins with a pair of heeled black courts while she carried a chain-mail bag on one of her shoulders.

While the Essex-born star favoured a monochrome colour theme, a slick of bold red lipstick provided a pop of colour.

She was in good company as she was joined by a whole host of stars from the world of music, reality TV and soap.

Michelle Heaton - whose mission to prevent her contracting breast and ovarian cancer is well documented - played in safe in a little black swing dress which she offset with red studded Valentino courts and a matching large tote bag.

Also in attendance was former Emmerdale actress Gemma Oaten who was suitably styled in a two-tone frock which was rendered in black organza.
