Kate Bosworth recently spent a glorious few days on the island of Oahu, Hawaii with her husband.

It was back to the city beat for the 33-year-old actress as she set off to run errands in New York's SoHo section with a friend on Wednesday.

Kate was covered up in casual style in a black trench coat over a beige knit mock turtleneck and flare jeans.

The frayed ends of her denim trousers stopped just short of her bare ankles, and completing the outfit were a pair off low-heeled black pumps and a chic black handbag.

The blonde star wore her hair straight and parted in the center while opaque square-framed shades heightened the fashion-forward effect.

Despite the comfortable clothing, Kate didn't exactly blend in with the crowd.

The pale hair and the way she carried herself while crossing a busy intersection were enough to stop traffic.

Kate caused some serious head-turning while on holiday with her husband off three years, Michael Polish.

The willowy star displayed her slight frame in a bikini a week ago while strolling along the Hawaiian shore, looking very buff and thin.

Some of her holiday adventures included riding the waves on a gigantic surfboard with friends and, on another occasion, a romantic walk on the beach with Michael.

On Tuesday, Kate showed her glamorous side as she attended the Montblanc 110 Year Anniversary Gala Dinner in New York City.

Kate was virtually glowing in a black and ivory embellished dress from Christian Dior's Autumn/Winter 2016 collection.

As far as her career goes, Kate will next be seen in the thriller Before I Wake alongside Jacob Tremblay, Thomas Jane and Annabeth Gish.

The film, which will be released in the UK sometime this year, follows a couple who adopt an orphaned boy whose dreams and nightmares become a chilling reality.
