Kim Kardashian's appearance has changed since stepping into the spotlight and it's not only thanks to the magic of contouring. The reality star revealed on her website earlier this week that several years ago she had all of the baby hairs around her hairline lasered off.
'My forehead had all these little baby hairs, and I would always break out because of them,' the 35-year-old wrote. 'Every photographer would Photoshop them out anyway, and I thought I looked better without the baby hairs, but now I miss them [sic].'
Perhaps her nostalgia stems from seeing younger sister Kylie Jenner embracing them.

Bye bye, baby hairs: Kim Kardashian, 35, revealed that she got all of the baby hairs around her hairline lasered off a few years ago
Keeping them: It seems that younger sibling Kylie Jenner, 18, is embracing her baby hairs - she calls the above hairstyle from earlier this year one of her 'favorites'
Today, the 18-year-old posted a photo on Instagram of her look from a 2016 Golden Globes party where she appears with her hair pulled back into a high bun, revealing baby hairs across her forehead. She wrote in the caption that it's one of her favorite looks ever.
'I think baby hairs are cute and pretty,' hairstylist Daven Mayeda, who has worked with celebrities like Shay Mitchell and Mariah Carey, tells FEMAIL.
He even likes to play them up when he creates top knots like Kylie's on clients. 'Top knots with frizzy baby hairs are my favorite,' he says.
Throwback: The mother of two - who also got the hairs on her neck removed - says that her baby hairs were making her forehead break out
Now and then: Though the reality star originally thought she looked better without her baby hairs (left), she now says that she misses them (right)
Daven does note, however, that 'if the baby hairs are wild or make your hairline asymmetrical, [lasering] might be worth looking into.'
According to Marisa Martino, founder of SKINNEY Medspa in New York City, the treatment is virtually painless and easy on the skin but requires six to eight sessions and can cost up to $1200.
But if you're not ready to spend the money or make the commitment, there's always make-up.
'Try using a light powder foundation to tone down the depth of the baby hairs,' recommends Deven.
Another case for sticking with them, at least for now? 'I think they look youthful!' Kim wrote. 'So ladies, you can always laser your hairline, but I miss mine.'
