In scenes reminiscent of the 1994 OJ Simpson Broncos chase, TV helicopters streamed the pursuit live to news channels as thousands of people watched and tweeted about the chase, with even the likes of Chrissy Teigen getting in on the action. The men danced, pumped fists, talked with other drivers and pulled donuts in the streets as supporters gathered along the sidewalk to cheer them on. The most astonishing moment came last, however, as the pair pulled over in south LA without a police car in sight and began taking selfies and hugging fans at the side of the road, before they were eventually arrested.
