She is often touted as the classiest of the Kardashians.

And Kourtney looked the image of wholesome motherliness as she joined daughter Penelope as she partook in an ice skating session in Colorado on Thursday.

The reality television personality had a great time as she and her girl were put through there paces while on holiday in the popular getaway of Vail.

The 36-year-old certainly proved she is no ice maiden, as she cackled with joy while she zoomed around on the ice with her pride and joy.

Kourtney, the only Kardashian sister with a university degree, was certainly dressed for the occasion, and looked warm in a fur lined anorak, black pullover and thermal leggings.

She wisely rounded off her ensemble by donning a pair of ice skates.

Penelope, three, meanwhile was also wrapped up in a green winter jacket, white top and trousers. Her outfit was garnished by a childish multicoloured plastic necklace.

It was just the latest thrilling adventure Kourtney has partaken in while she enjoys a family holiday with some handpicked members of the Kardashian-Jenner clan.

Indeed earlier in the day her girl looked like she was having a great time as she was taken for a piggyback ride as they wandered around the ski resort together.

And later Kourtney met up with her on-off beau Scott Disick, who was spending some quality time with their oldest child Mason.

The friendly exes, who split after the self-proclaimed Lord last summer after photos emerged of him canoodling with stylist Chloé Bartoli in Monaco, seemed to be getting on like a house on fire despite the chilly climes.

Also enjoying the trip is self-styled 'momager' Kris Jenner, 60, and her other children Kim, 35, Kylie, 18 and 20-year-old Kendall.

His style icon: Mason seemed to be modelling himself on his father when he chose what jacket to wear

Best of friends: They may have split after Scott was caught canoodling with another woman, but it seems his former lover bears no grudge

The matriarch's toyboy lover Corey Gamble, 35, is also tagging along for the ride.

Kim's daughter North, two, Kourtney's children Penelope and Mason as well as Kourtney's ex-boyfriend Scott Disick and Kylie's boyfriend Tyga also tagged along for the family fun.

Kris flew her sizeable klan out to Vail on Monday, with all of them pictured getting on board a private jet, with the destination kept a secret by the matriarch until the very last minute.
